A well overdue review with my apologise Simon. Me and my partner were so lucky to have come across Simon and Paulina. We are let’s say more mature than the regular customers Simon might get. However with persistence Simon managed to get us a remortgage and a standard mortgage, he had to work hard to achieve this and me and Caroline are extremely grateful. Keep up the good work. Very easy to communicate with and can talk in layman terms. Would highly recommend.

Simon and Paulina were both amazing through the whole process - we were completely clueless when it came to all things mortgages but they both really helped to simplify things for us and made it all much easier to understand. We didn’t have the easiest time when buying our house but Simon and Paulina were both so persistent in helping us secure our first home, and we are so so thankful they were because we wouldn’t have been able to do so without them. You really couldn’t ask for a better service or nicer, more helpful people.

We would like to thank Burnett Mortgages for their fantastic service providing a mortgage for our first time home. Simons knowledge was fantastic and was prompt with dealing with any enquires and arranged our mortgagee quickly. Paulina was brilliant with chasing anything down for us and was a lovely voice to be greeted by on the phone.

Both Paulina and Simon were great throughout the whole process. They took their time to explain and ensure we understood every step. We always left feeling relieved knowing that they were sorting the remortgage for us. We also sorted our life insurance with us after our previous mortgage advisor failed us. Would recommend them to everyone!

Could not recommend highly enough. First time we have used a mortgage broker but after recommendation we rang Simon and so happy we did. Got us a great deal, wish we had done this years ago. Seem-less process with a deal we are happy with. Excellent communication from both Simon and Paulina. Thankyou
