We have had the pleasure of working with Ben Simmons recently in the purchase of our rental property. Ben went above and beyond as our needs we're not straight forward. 3 person application, rented the same property for 12 years. He found us a fantastic deal and walked us through it step by step. I'm a massive over thinker and Ben always settled my worries or concerns in a timely manner. He was never a 9 to 5 approach which was brilliant for us and although most communications were electronic we did have a face to face to go through everything. We will use Ben again in 4 1/2 years to remortgage and for our investment advise. Absolutely 💯 percent recommend. We're just waiting for a completion date for our forever home. I cannot recommend Ben Simmons enough. He worked extremely hard to make our dream of moving to Scarborough come true. Ours was not an easy case, changing our mortgage in Doncaster to a Buy to Let, and securing a mortgage on a property in Scarborough. I don’t have the best credit rating, however Ben managed our case with the ‘human approach’ He was knowledgeable, helpful and always kept us informed.
