Contacted mick of kestrel pest management for a loft clearance of rat contaminated loft insulation. mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. he also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. he arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. after removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. the insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. all of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. i personally cannot thank mick and connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. i would recommend this company 100%. i have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. these guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. these guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! well done gentlemen, many thanks for your professionalism, and carrying out a fantastic job, much appreciated.
