I recently found some wasp activity in my house. I investigated the loft space and found a few wasps there and was convinced a nest was in there somewhere. I looked online and spotted Tornado amongst the crowd. Lots of positive reviews. A quick phone call which was promptly answered. Friendly and reassuring conversation about my issue. Mark was able to fit me in the same day which I was very pleased about. A text was sent a little while later confirming he was on his way. On arrival Mark quickly geared up and found that there was in fact no nest in the loft and nor the roof where activity seemed to be. He determined they were confused and quickly found a neighbour a couple of doors away has the roof nest. Mark was honest and professional and I would highly recommend him. Thanks very much.
