Papa Johns Pizza

Absolutely awful service. Placed an order using the app, tracker doesn't work. Called up after half hour to be told they have a system problem so can't make my order, no contact made to let me know this.... they said they can't cancel the order meaning I can't get a refund but also they can't send me food so basically they have just taken my money and won't give it back. Do not bother ordering from here if you actually want some food ..

Always ready on time and a simple menu. We have a pizza shop a 5 minute walk away but as takeaways are a treat we'd rather be always guaranteed quality and taste and travel a bit. Never had a bad meal from Papa John's!!

They lost my order and are rude and incompetent on the phone. Terrible service with a rude manager. They tried to say they didn't receive an order with even screenshot confirmation. You would think they can handle simple tasks but obviously not. If you want to be stolen from and swore, shouted at, order from these jokers.

Bloke named Johnny (definitely not a Johnny) blows his nose whilst talking over the phone. Speaks in his own language instead of English and states that it will take 2 hours to deliver an order. Offered to collect in store but stated that that my delivery fee won’t be cancelled. Stated to cancel the order over the app but that’s not even possible to do.

This was a fantastic takeaway to go with a friend, where we used a newspaper offer to get ourselves a large pizza each! The counter was run by friendly staff and features nice designs with cleanliness maintained, like the rest of the store. Our service was fast so I don't know what has been going on for those leaving bad reviews and the Chicken, Bacon, Fresh Tomatoes and Onions pizza was yummy with a garlic butter dip!
