I was referred to Karl from Now Cosmetics in 2022 by a work colleague who at the time had recently had a full head procedure. Having thought about it for some time, I contacted Karl and after a few conversations, I decided to wait until early 2023 to make a decision. There was zero pressure, Karl was open and honest at every stage and made things very easy, so when I did contact Karl a year later, he was ready to help me start the process. Considering what needed to be done, the procedure was very straight forward, the Staff and Technicians in Harrow were extremely professional and 100% on it when it came to cleanliness. My surgeon was extremely skilled and looked after me every step of the procedure. The after care is amazing as Karl then contacts you and helps you to ensure you get the best results by following his instructions which are easy to follow. I am nearly 3 months in now and I am very pleased with the progress. Thanks Karl and Team for looking after me.

Took me about 5 years to make a decision on having a hair transplant and a LOT of research and consultations with many different companies. I finally took a leap of faith with NOW Cosmetic Surgery and I am pleased I did. I’m just over 2 weeks post op and the level of support I have received from Kerry has been amazing. It almost feels as she has been available 24/7. Procedure took about 7hrs with Dr Mahdi Alosert and his team who were fantastic. Admittedly, if you paid more money it would only be for the posh aesthetics of an expensive clinic and not necessarily for a more skilled surgeon. I can already see new hairs and my new hair line after 2 weeks. This will shed and I won’t see the proper benefits until around months 6 onwards. I will review again once I have reached this point. But I have no doubt it’s going to be positive!!

Highly recommend for the aftercare alone, Karl my agent was available 24/7 even on his holiday! This was my second procedure at the London surgery and I had different surgeons with each appointment; Both surgeons and their teams were very professional and helpful. Too early to say about results as both procedures were withing a 6 month period and it takes atleast a year for the final results to show. So far, so good though.

Have been contemplating a hair transplant for the past three years having spoke with Now cosmetic (Karl) numerous times I finally decided to go for it. The decision to choose Now Cosmetic was made easier by the positive trust pilot reviews and feedback. On the day super anxious but the whole process was pretty fluent and pain free, actually fell asleep. The post op care is second to none with Karl available it seems 24/7 nothing is to much trouble. No question to big/small and an honest answer to all. Now 2 weeks in with a great hairline just a shame it has to fall out.. Faultless service from Karl. From our initial conversation months before surgery to a few weeks after the procedure Karl has been contactable at all times and has always been very informative in answer to any questions and the advice has been great. Karl regularly checked in with me after the surgery to let me know exactly what I should and shouldn’t be doing. After having a bad experience with a previous hair transplant from another company it was very refreshing to receive proper customer service and very informative after care advice. Have already recommended to a number of friends. Thanks again.
