Unusual for me but i found myself in the hands of navartis as part of an onboarding process for a particular project. having been in the industry for a long time as an employer i have to say what a breath of fresh air the navartis team are. efficient, communicative, helpful are just some of the words i would use to describe them. well done navartis.

I’ve just started my first role as a contractor. i’ve been on the books since i started in construction and i’ve always been hesitant to make the jump and become a contractor but navartis have been great from the beginning of the process. since the first phone call to discuss the opportunity all the way through to me getting my new role, they have been very helpful and informative and i have not got one bad thing to say about them.

Shaun silva has been excellent from start to finish. totally engaged, listened to what i wanted and found a great fitting role very quickly. took ownership of the negotiating as well as well as giving me plenty of reassurance and updates which i very much appreciated. cannot fault at all so would highly recommend working with navartis to find your next role!
