I was looking for a local company in doncaster to move a large item and stumbled across these guys via google. as the reviews looked really positive i thought i’d give them a call. charles called me back within 10 minutes, sent a quote - which i was pleasantly surprised at - and a week later my heavy item is delivered by charles and two more of the nicest guys you could ever meet. charles was so professional and courteous and just the nicest bloke to deal with - he made the whole process a breeze and so easy and enjoyable that he would be the first person i’d think of to move house or anything big. if you want a removal company that cares and will probably beat all others on price - cw is what you need!!

Charles replied to my initial removal query very quickly. his quotation was very reasonable. he and his 2 colleagues worked like troupers for at least 15 hours on moving day, including travel. when i was unfortunately involved in an rta in my car mid moving journey , charles arranged for his colleague to collect me, minus my car, and personally drove me to my new home, 100+ miles away. nothing was too much trouble for these guys and i have no hesitation in recommending them on to anybody in need of a reliable and personal removal firm.

Hello everyone! this is a 100% honest review on cw removals. the owner of cw removals charles, is an incredible businessman. his hand picked removal team are ready for business. we needed to move from doncaster to nottingham city centre after selling a large house and downsizing to a small 2 bed flat on the 3rd floor of an elevator building. we had over 300 boxes and pieces of furniture, mostly antiques and breakables, so we needed a capable and responsible firm to carry out the job. we were coming into the summer period and thought it would be easier than it was to book a removal firm in. two firms didn't even bother to reply to our messages. another firm in nottingham answered my call but weren't interested after finding out the size of the job plus didn't want to drive to doncaster for the initial pickup. cw removals answered our call in real time. charles was an absolute professional from the get go. he sent justin a team member over faster than grease lightening. we showed justin around our house and he carefully took note of everything including taking pictures of each room. he photographed things that needed specialist packing. almost everything had already been packed into boxes. justin then took us outside to show us one of the lorries that would be used on the day. charles emailed us a quote within a couple of hours. and just like that a major issue was solved and booked in. we changed moving dates 3 or 4 times on charles due to some delays in our sale and each time charles was professional and incredibly kind to us and never once added any stress to our move. moving day was fast and totally organised with cw removals. our house had 3 floors and his team formed a human chain and removed everything in record time. we'd stored many boxes in our integral garage and it was tricky for them as everything had to be passed out through the integral door as the boxes were blocking the garage door. not once did any of the guys complain, not once! we'd been to our local tesco's and bought sandwiches and fruit drinks and small bottles of water ahead of their arrival on the day and it helped to rehydrate everyone on a hot humid day. the guys were so grateful and appreciative. there were delays retrieving keys to our flat and by the time we'd arrived from the agent with our keys charles and his team had already contacted the buildings maintenance manager and gained access and unloaded our goods onto the third floor! no stopping these guys! it was a hard job piling everything into a small space, but once again no complaints from the team just an abundance of focus and hard work. to sum up, this group of solid hard working incredibly efficient guys are nothing short of amazing. my husband and i would recommend them hole heartedly to anyone looking to move their precious household items anywhere whether it be across the country or locally. to charles and his fabulous team of amazing men, a huge "thank you" for all that you did for us. sorry it's taken me seven weeks to sit down and leave this review but as you know we had so much to unpack. best of luck to all of you, we are truly thankful.
