have used this builder twice this year and even though the first job was top class the second job was brilliant so that's 10 out of 10 for both jobs they turned up as stated and when they finished the area was cleaned -the lawn protected. good old school builder--he does what he says and turns up. many thanks

I've used Rowleys now for several jobs, and the work they've done has been first class. Now, if I need any sort of maintenance work or updates to my house, Dave is the first person I call. July 2019: Just got back from vacation after giving Dave and his minions the keys to the house and a tight two week schedule to complete over 8K worth of renovation upstairs. He didn't disappoint, just a couple of minor items to finish off and it looks brilliant. They stripped some really old wallpaper, replastered all the walls, rewired and added new plugs with USB by every bed side, upgraded lighting, replaced all the radiators, put up new curtain rails, and his guys even helped me hang the curtains. All of this was done without me being available to answer questions as I was traveling in Africa and completely out of contact. Seriuosly, a builder you can trust to first class work with no supervision is a rare commodity.
