**updated: i was contacted by management who have offered to provide me with free waste collection to collect the remaining waste. highly recommended due to the outstanding customer service.*** *original: my skip was collected and taken away without consulting me, premature of the stated collection time on the invoice!
Great turnaround. i did panic as needed to ask some questions about delivery but the chat facility was great and they sorted quickly. they was accommodating in delivery times as i was working. i also had to delay collection at last minute (due to the great british weather!) and they again sorted quickly with no extra charges incurred. :-)
Customer service have been in touch and the result is a replacement skip. so i can get rid of the remainder of the waste that wasn't loaded. agreed to 50% payment for the replacement due to mutual failings on both sides. i'm happy with the resolution. i too had a skip delivered 5 days later than originally booked, which i agreed to as i had no other choice. it was then taken 5 days early. i lost my bank holiday weekend which was planned to be using the skip. then subsequently lost another weekend to finish loading it. i wasn't consulted when the skip was collected, and the delivery driver stated you had to ring to arrange a delivery when required (which i was planning to do today). came outside skip had been taken.
I ordered a skip online for garden soil, wood and brick, so you know the price before you pay without the shock. it’s like ordering a pair of shoes online, so simple. the price is extremely reasonable compared to other companies. the guys were very professional when delivering and collecting the skip, they don’t knock on your do to tell you they just do it, hassle free. i will be using this company. thank you
