The Shoe Room

I was never a shoe person, but I came across Richards interesting and informative videos online and decided to pay a visit. I came away with a nice pair of shoes and have added more since, this was a few years ago now and they are all still going strong. The shop is always immaculate and the service and knowledge I believe is as good as you will get anywhere, they love what they do and it shows.

Absolutely fantastic and the best customer service I have ever received! Staff went above and beyond throughout my time there and were incredibly helpful in advising me on what shoe to get. Definitely worth a visit and I highly recommend.

Just had to write a review after todays experience!! I always feel so welcome when I shop here and today I could not make my mind up, yet Michelle remained professional and patient! I finally bought my dream boot and I’m so glad I got it from such wonderful shop!! Honestly cannot recommend The Shoe Room enough! The Shoe Room in Doncaster is excellent. First class customer service. Talked for ages about my gait, completely different size feet, insoles, shoe making. I'm not going anywhere else for shoes. I've never had shoe shopping experience like it. Richard has a genuine interest in making sure the customer is both happy and getting what they need and want from the purchase. You won't regret a visit.
