Its still early days, but so far so good. My wife and i are very please with our purchase and so glad that we opted for the Hawaii over the smaller 2 person tub, which is what we initially was going to purchase. Great service, honest advice and most importantly a great quality hot tub. Fingers cross we have years of trouble free hot tubing , we now know where to come should we need more great advice, Thank you Artesian Spas.

Bought our new hot tub from Artesian and there was never any pushy sales person in store trying to get us to commit. They were very informative and patient and gave us a lot of helpful advice. Once we did commit it was very quick and easy and the guys carried out the installation quickly and efficiently and ran through the operation and care very well. The tub itself is great, well made, very quiet and easy to understand the controls....... If you're looking to get a hot tub I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Artesian Spas

Purchased a Pelican Bay around 4 months ago and I cannot fault the staff or service from Artesian. Right throughout the buying process they have answered all my queries and questions. Even since I have contacted them for advice and they are more than happy to provide it. Reclining in my new beauty is now my favourite thing to do, with a glass of fizz in hand. Amazing all round.

We needed to replace the cover for our 10 year old hot tub and the service we received from Artesian Spas was excellent. Ordered over the phone with a very competent advisor and the service was so quick, within couple of days we had our new cover which is great. Highly recommend

Following my delivery yesterday I am sitting in my spa writing this. From the moment we walked through the door we knew this was where we wanted to make our purchase. Greeted with an enormous smile by Sean, he was absolutely fantastic. Never pushy and actually steered us in a different (and cheaper) direction from my initial ideas based on my own research. He took the time to show us all of the options, talk us through the benefits and drawbacks and never once was push or "salesy". We ordered that day. Sarah in the customer services team was also incredibly lovely and patient while we sorted out power and bases for the installation. Then came the delivery. The team were superb, again super friendly and greeted us with a warm smile. Had the whole tub setup and running in just over 2 hours (and were especially patient with me when I wanted the tub rotated mere degrees to be in line with the block paving). Took us through all the workings and how to care for the water and tub. A really wonderful experience buying from the whole team at Artesian
