Had a lovely massage really released all the knots but still relaxing. The meditation pod was a new experience for me and would like to try the healing pod. Professional set up , Karen was very welcoming and responsive to email before the day. Would definitely return, she has some great offers for two people and because it is quite small you have the place to yourself!

What can I say Karen provided an excellent Customer services. The treatments is exceptional. Before the treatment I spent many years with severe pains in my toes and feet due to injuries. Wearing shoes was very difficult it came to a point I could only wear sandals. Over the months the pains got worse, the GP called it fire pains, which at times reduced me to tears. To walk or wear shoes I had to dose myself with pain relief. My feet and toes were swollen. When I came to the Phoenix Spa the treatments were exceptional. A week later and I can wear shoes, go on my excercise walks without the need for pain relief. The swellings greatly reduced and the fire pains dissolved gone, no more. It is such a joy. Not that I don't feel some pain but not like it was before. I purchased a wand and I use it everyday for it is just fantastic. I can't stop telling my friends and work Colleagues about it I highly recommend Phoenix Spa to anyone .

Wow what a Brilliant experience from start to finish , Karen is so welcoming and makes you feel relaxed in beautiful intimate surroundings. I had the pamper package for two with afternoon tea and it was fantastic the pods are so relaxing , the Swedish massage was perfection and my personal favourite the nasa space chair then followed by one of the best afternoon teas I’ve had. This was my first visit but certainly not my last you have created a gem thank you Karen x
