I've had really good experience with the facility. friendly staff who make it very easy to set up an account and explain how to move in. i've recently had a query about my price and the customer service helpline for the company was extremely friendly and super helpful. the person was able to offer me a better deal and was lovely and chatty with it. very happy with the service i've received so far!
