Thankyou so much to johnny at yourcabs for helping us out last minute today. after being turned down for a wheelchair accessible taxi 4 times, i was so relieved. johnny travelled all the way from doncaster to epworth to help my grandparents complete a very short journey which would have been very complex due to my grandad being wheelchair bound. johnny was polite, friendly and kept me informed when he was delayed. grandad was very impressed with the winch and ramp, his first time in an accessible vehicle. highly recommend. thankyou!
