TUI Holiday Store

Went into the tui store today and received a lovely service from maisie. maisie was extremely friendly and attentive to all our requirements. she managed to find us an amazing hotel and went above and beyond to find local experiences for us. i would highly recommend this store especially receiving a service like we did from maisie - she is a credit to the team.

Been into store and was met with the lovely beverley! massive smile and did everything she could to help can't praise her enough. i've been with tui before and they've always been great, can't wait to book again!

I recently booked a family trip to disneyland through a lovely lady beverly. she made booking so easy. she has been there every step of the way for us. it's first time driving and we've had many questions. beverly has answered all out questions and nothing has been to much for her. communication is outstanding and wouldn't hesitate to book again through beverly. friendly service and gave us such amazing advice. thank you beverly for making our dream holiday so special.

Thank you so much to helen oliver for booking our trip for next year to ibiza! helen made the process seamless, she was informative, helpful and knowledgeable as we weren’t sure of the hotel we were booking. she was also brilliant at the flight times etc - we aren’t used to flying from manchester. she explained the luggage allowance, the transfers and everything that was included with tui. she’s a credit to your company and the reason that we would book with tui in the future.

Huge thanks to alison (alley) deputy store manager, 3 times now in the last 12 months she’s booked us a holiday - very knowledgeable and helpful + most of all she’s 1 of the kindest lady’s you’d ever meet! hats off to you mrs wilson - a fantastic team leader who gets the job done! highly recommended that you drop in and let these girls/guys make your life easy! we’ve got 2 of the 3 pending march & july 2024 cape verde + cyprus (again) and we can’t bloody wait!! ☀️🏝️🍺😎
