What an experience fantastic i cannot recommend these classes enough ciar is so welcoming and a great teacher
Only been maybe 6 or 7 times. never done yoga in my life. started mainly to keep flexible but enjoy all parts of the classes. not once did i feel uncomfortable or out of my depth, very relaxed and no pressure whatsoever.
Where do i start… ciar is the friendliest, warmest and kindest person i have ever met. she is so welcoming and really makes everyone feel at home. she has become a good friend of many of the people who attend her classes and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and happy. the yoga itself has changed my life. i am physically healthier. i feel more active and i am impressed with the physical changes my body has made. i am also mentally healthier. if i am having a bad day i know how to calm myself down now and i am able to manage my own thoughts and emotions much better. attending these yoga classes has changed my life and i recommend everyone and anyone attends as this yoga is for everyone. there is no judgement, it’s our own personal journey and no matter what stage you are at there is always a tremendous amount of support and encouragement from ciar, along with the rest of the class. i could not recommend it enough.
Ciar is a fabulous teacher. whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for some time she will always give you options based on your ability. she creates such a calm environment. you will never feel that you don't belong there.
Regardless of me knowing ciar outside of her amazing yoga classes, she is also a beautiful soul inside and out who cares deeply about her craft in all areas spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. her knowledge and understanding of her skill is brilliantly displayed in her classes where she gives clear but simple understanding and guidance with a warm and relaxing approach. my own core strength and stability has improved immensely all thanks to ciar and her warm and welcoming classes. i absolutely recommend 🧘♀️100%
