Agincare (Home Care & Live-in Care) - Dorchester

I started to work for Agincare after my partner died and can honestly say it was a very good decision. I have met some lovely people, both clients and staff. We have an amazing team including dedicated carers, a super care co-ordinator and supportive office staff. Every day is different and I love going to work.

I have been working with Agincare, Dorchester for about a year now. I was very nervous about starting a career in care but a year later I am very happy and enjoying my role as a care worker. The team in the office are so supportive and are always at the end of the phone if needed. All my clients are lovely and I thoroughly enjoy my job.

I have been with Agincare for just over 6 months and can honestly say I LOVE coming to work. We have a great team in Shaftesbury especially our Care Coordinator Jess who always goes above and beyond, and the office staff are always there when needed. I am so pleased I made the step back into care work, it’s so rewarding.
