Really caring and friendly staff didnt have an original receipt for a ring purchase so was looking at a £140 bill to mend a broken claw holding a garnet. It took longer than expected and staff had to chase its whereabouts when it finally came back staff literally knocked half the amount of the bill off. So lovely .

I needed a watch service - cost is between £150 and £400! I took my watch in and they took a look at it for free, checked a few elements and altered the back (it had been replaced incorrectly, by another jewellers) the chap said try that …

I wandered in to the jewellers to see if they could replace my watch strap. They did it there and then at a very reasonable price. Lovely friendly staff too. Thank you.
