Helen is very professional but also very warm and welcoming. Her knowledge of the body was outstanding and since seeing her, and following her instructions since, my elbow/arm has returned to pre-injury strength.

Helen has given me physio to help with my rugby injuries. She is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the exact body part that has been damaged and how is best to rehabilitate it. I have always felt in very capable hands with Helen.

Helen has worked closely with my rugby team to provide excellent treatment and advice. Knowledgeable in her field and has helped with my rehab to allow me to bounce back from injuries that unchecked would have caused long term issues. Strongly recommend.
