A truly wonderful place to practise yoga with fantastic teachers. i practised pregnancy yoga at this centre and i learnt so much which helped me in pregnancy and labour. i would highly recommend!
A fabulous array of yoga, pilates and therapies offering classes for pregnancy children and adults of all ages.
Really tranquil & balanced environment . great range of classes on offer. i hired this space for a therapy session. it was really highly suitable. sharon (owner) was friendly, extremely helpful and flexible in opening over the times that i needed.
