Excellent Service from Garfield Davis Architectural! We took on Gary for a full house refurbishment/reconfiguration and 4 story extension. This included conversion of a 4 bedroom house into a 6 bedroom property, loft conversion/extension, basement, side extension, kitchen extension and detached double garage. Gary came up with some clever ideas on how to utilise the house and provided the specification, creation of drawing layouts and assistance with planning and Building Control requirements. Gary was very responsive, replying quickly and efficiently to any concerns/questions we had throughout the entire build process; nothing was ever too much trouble. Gary's work/drawings are to an excellent standard and we have recommended him to friends and family, who have also been very pleased with his work. We would recommend to others!
