Sam came out really quickly to give us some advice and a quote for the work. Ours was a small bay window extension project which was relatively straightforward. Sam did the necessary drawings for us at a very reasonable fee and then submitted them to the planning portal for us too. We paid him direct and then he sorted everything else for us.
