Sent and enquiry via their website and got a reply within 20 minutes or so. Bought the item for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived within a few days. Competitive price and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and I will have one very happy girl on Christmas day.

Always have this shop in mind for bikes as family have used this shop over the years ..not anymore. Would give no stars if i could. Rang up about buying a bike but was attempting for it to be a surprise for my daughter and they recommended bringing her in which I completely understood. Went out of my way to go in to size my daughter ,after they recommended me to do so, and then come back to purchase the bike just so it was kind of a surprise for her after . Explained the situation as soon as I came in the shop and got refused more than once for her trying out a bike... who purchases a bike without trying it first? Would of happily put down a deposit to hold the bike I just wanted it to be right for her but that wasn't even an option. There's no way this wasn't prejudice since they had offered what I was asking for on the phone already...unfortunately you can't see through a phone when talking to customers. I'm sorry but this is 2022 and I just wanted a bike for my about to turn five year old daughter who I then had to push out the shop while she asked me why she couldn't try a bike. Honestly disgusted. Would not recommend and will definitely be spreading the word on this one.

Dropped my bike off at 4.30 on the Friday and was able to collect it at 4 the next day. Quick service. I was quoted a lot more for the same job and the man did it for a fraction of the price. Top service and fast turn around.

Terrible experience. Took my bike wheel here to get new bearings, I told the man at the counter it needs new bearings as when it’s on the bike the wheel shakes side to side, he tells me there is nothing wrong with the and I tell him that it shakes when it’s on the bike and I ask him to just put bearings in it, he laughs at me and tells me there is nothing wrong with it, I have took it to another bike shop and they have took it in and are fixing it with no problem I only gave it 1 star as it didn’t let me put 0 stars DO NOT GO HERE !!

I bought a Claude Butler Alpina online and it arrived within 2 days. Mr. Price gave me great sizing advice on which size bike was correct for my height over the phone and great customer service. The bike is fantastic and I paid a good price for it. I highly recommend this shop if anyone wants to order online or go in shop to buy your new bike.
