Staff were really helpful from there moment we approached them, no hard sell, but tried to find a bike which suited our needs and specifications, we ended up with just what we were after. we will definitely be purchasing more bikes through them in the future. they went through the buying options, gave us a discount as my wife is a blue light card holder and when we picked up the bike, they went through the maintenance and the free 8 week service they offer. highly recommend

A++++ we popped into the store to take a look at an estarli folding electric bike. unfortunately they didn't have one in stock. rich the sales guy was fantastic, he arranged for one to get delivered from another store just so we could take a look at it. we ended up ordering two bikes and i can not fault the customer service they provided. i highly recommended this local shop.

The salesman rich/5 was absolutely great. gave me lots of info not just on the bikes best suited for me but on all my excessories. even got my bike put together and all my accessories put on ready for me to collect later that same day. brilliant service.
