Mark arrived within the allocated time given and was very friendly and efficient in cleaning our chimney and also suggested we obtained a replacement carbon monoxide sensor as ours was 'slightly' out of date. if you want a friendly and helpful service- then mark is your man- thank you,
My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and the job booked in. lee arrived early and got on with sweeping the two chimneys. he offered good advice and went above beyond what had been asked of him. he kept mess to an absolute minimum and cleaned up any that was made. we look forward to using wilkins chimney sweeping services again in the future.
