I have been seeing Simran for help with my spine. She has helped ease some tightness in my neck and shoulders. She and all the staff are always polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Sam has been treating me for a few months now, he is very good at putting you at ease when undertaking treatments. I have improved considerably during this time. I recommend the practice as all of the staff are friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble.

I’ve been receiving treatment from Sam at WSH for around 8 months now. The relief was almost instantaneous from the first session - I’m now down to monthly maintenance treatments, and bar an odd blip occasionally, my ongoing back/shoulder issues that I’ve suffered with for many years are more or less a thing of the past. Sam is fantastic - calm, courteous, and professional. The team on reception are equally amazing, they could not be more helpful or make you feel more welcome.

Highly recommend giving this practice a try. All the staff are friendly and put you at ease. I had been experiencing upper back pain and spasms for 2 weeks, doctor had prescribed strong painkillers and I was waiting for hospital appt for X-ray, it reached the point that the painkillers weren’t working and I could no longer function on day to day basis. I was recommended that I try this practice. On my Initial visit, I had no movement of my head and to get up from a chair or bed was nigh impossible without excruciating pain. Sam told me to get on the bed and after a few attempts I finally managed, Sam could see the effort it took me and he was very gentle but within a few seconds he had diagnosed my problem. I then had to get off the bed which was even more of an issue but I managed it in some sort of fashion. Sam went onto explain what my program would be. Visit 2, the program started, Sam talked everything through with me, and then started his magic. I was a little sore initially, but by the next day I had regained partial movement in my neck and I was able to move without screaming out in pain. I have now had 3 treatments, and I can’t believe the difference this has made. I am still taking medication, but a reduced dosage and only twice a day compared to 4 times a day, and each day I feel a little better and are getting back to day to day functions with caution obviously. I will continue with the program that Sam put in place for me over the next few weeks and based on my experience so far, I have no doubts that I will make a full recovery. Well worth every penny, just to be out of pain and be able to move freely, something we take for granted until it goes wrong.
