Dudley launderette and Ironing Services Limited

An absolute first class ironing service. will definitely be using them again. the launderette is clean, machines are well maintained and the staff are so welcoming. highly recommended.

Washing machine broke down:-( absolutely brilliant launderette, clean and very reasonably priced. definitely would use it again, especially for king-sized duvets.

I had a wonderful experience at dudley launderette! it has a clean, well lit environment with updated machines that are easy to use (after a quick glance at the instructions provided on the wall to the right of the medium sided washers). there are three sizes of washing machines (3 small - £4.50, 2 medium - £6.00, and 1 large - £8.00) and 6 very large dryers - £0.50. they have benches to sit on while you wait. you will need coins to use the machines. if you forget coins and you are there during the attendant hours, the attendant can provide change. if you arrive outside of those hours, there is a gas station next door that is willing to provide change. the attendant was professional, kind, helpful, and was continually cleaning the place while having a conversation with me. i am not from the uk and am traveling through the country. this is a great establishment and i highly recommend it to everyone local and all travelers.

First visit to laundrette. happy with the service provided by zak - polite and helpful. very good first impression. place tidy, machines were clean and staff on hand to assist. i only used the dryer on today's visit, but did check out other launderette services while i was there.👍 i rated this a five star. 29th july - second visit to laundrette. used the laundrette yesterday and the customer service wasn't as good, unfortunately. i found the member of staff to be unnecessarily rude or ignorant. did not acknowledge me properly, until i selected a machine and then told me she would like me to use the machine closer to the entrance and finish before closing time so she can clean my machine.sweeping a dirty mop in my direction when i was sitting down, could have just asked me to move, i offered and moved because i could smell the dirty mop and dust. turning off the lights, when i was the last customer with less than a minute to go. she did say thank you and bye, but at this point it seemed more curt than polite. last visit to laundrette was good. customer service was warm, helpful and polite. hopefully the next visit will be equally good, so i can go back to 5 star rating. the opening and closing times are very convenient.

After my washing machine stopped working leaving me in a panic i contacted this service and dropped into self service. zack was amazing showed me how to operate the machines and dryer. i had two loads darks and whites used two machines and short dryer cycle (as i wanted to dry at home) and was out within 45minutes. thanks zack
