Came into the office on a Monday morning with a PC issue I couldn't resolve myself (after trying for 1-2 hours), called up Castle Computers, Darren said he could have it looked at the same day, had the issue resolved within 24 hours or so - Provided a diagnostic, cost with approval request, and timeframe for repair; everything done over SMS so no confusion, perfect.

My Dell laptop started misbehaving on a Friday afternoon when I had several important tasks to carry out. I was unable to sort out the problem myself but found Castle Computers local to where I live, via Google. I phoned and spoke to Darren and within a few minutes I was able to take it to his home workshop. I'm happy to say that Darren was able to fix it, enabling me to complete the work I was undertaking. Many thanks Darren, if I have any computer problems in the future, you will be the first technician to be contacted. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. A nice guy, with a good sense of humour, who clearly knows his stuff and wants to do it right for the customer. This is someone you would not hesitate to go back to for a professional and efficient service. My laptop is now as good as new. Well worth the money.

My hard drive went bust. Darren replaced it for me and reinstalled windows. All for a great price. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and experience! My PC would turn on but then turn itself off again after 30 seconds. Darren collected my machine from my home on the same day and messaged offering delivery or collection the very next day. There were no additional costs beyond the very competitive callout charge. The problem was fixed, the computer runs like a dream and, best of all, it was given a much-needed thorough clean - the PC looks (and sounds) as good as the day I bought it seven years ago, both inside and out. Highly recommended!
