Father and son are so friendly and helpful. being in the older age group, i need a lot of help with laptop. you dont have to feel embarrassed about not knowing what to do if something goes wrong with laptop. thank you for your patience and always with a smile. nothing is too much trouble for them.

Brought my pc in as it wasn't starting up and i had no clue what the problem was. staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue really quickly for a very reasonable price. i'll definitely be coming here for all my future repair or upgrade needs. thanks a lot! :)

I got a new cpu that was giving me no display due to the motherboard needing a bios update. i called yesterday and explained my issue but as they closed near the time i called, i was asked to take everything in the following day. i took my pc and old cpu in to them this morning and they ran some tests and found that it was the bios causing my issue. i rudely forgot to ask for a name but the younger gent that helped me today was great. very helpful, attentive, understanding, patient and informative. he quickly diagnosed the issue and went about resolving it. after me trying to fix the problem myself for three days, i guess he could see i was stressing about it as i had his full attention at all times and constant reassurance that he could help. alongside that, he made sure i was aware of any and all risks that could impact my pc should anything go wrong in the process but also explained how unlikely they would be so i was never left in the dark and fully understood what could happen in a worst case scenario. i decided to wait in the shop while they worked on my pc and it only took an hour for everything to be done and updated. i highly recommend this place for any and all laptop/pc related issues as they clearly have a lot of knowledge and are great with customers. also, i expected the price to be a lot more than it was for the works that were done. very affordable and great results. highly recommended.
