The Gables Dental Practice

Excellent service. my daughter needs to have 4 extractions due to having a brace fitted. this was our first time here and from the reception staff, dental nurse and the dentist himself, the experience was superb!! extremely friendly, reassuring and professional service from the outset. 2 teeth extracted within 15 minutes and ready for the next 2 next week. thank you so much!!!

Mine was a very positive experience this morning. from the staff on the reception to the nurse and course the dentist himself. very professional and courteous.

I wish it would let me give star reviews on different staff members rather than the building as a collective however, i have had to give the gables dental practice three stars. one staff member inparticular who i will not name, has put me on so many antibiotics i am now immune. they have told me a referral has been sent on numerous occasions for me to find out they haven't. i have literally had to make them do the referral infront of me in order for it to be done. this member of staffs attitude is extremely rude. they are very arrogant and unpleasant. moving on the receptionist staff.. if i could i would give them 5***** as they are very understanding, have great customer service skills, communication skills, they empathize with the patients and understand our needs. they do a fantastic job to ensure faster appointments. they are also very friendly people to speak too.

I came here about 6 months ago. i was incredibly nervous (as i often am with dental appointments) as i have mental health issues that have impacted my teeth as a result of things like stomach acid (from an eating disorder) and generally being unwell and not taking good care of them. my teeth were in poor condition and i had already seen another dentist who had told me it would be thousands to fix. when i came to the gables, at no point was i made to feel ashamed or guilty for the state of my teeth, which is something i experience with other dentists. the receptionists, dental assistants, and the dentist were all very polite and understanding and showed me my x-rays and talked me through the results. they gave me the necessary treatment and i would, and i do, recommend this dentist to everyone.
