Since Tracy has been walking our dog we have felt so much more at ease about leaving him in the day. She is such a fantastic women who really does go above and beyond. She updates me everyday about how the walk went and how she left him. Most of all, and something I'm very greatful of is how clean she gets him after the walks! Couldn't recommend her enough, we really have found someone who we trust and value

I literally can’t rate Tracy enough as being an amazing dog walker. Prior to moving to Dudley I had never left my dog Oscar with anyone outside of my family as my boy is my absolute world (he was 9 when we moved). However, a new job meant I wouldn’t be able to come back for him at lunch and having moved to a new area, there was nobody I could ask. I was really worried that Oscar wouldn’t be looked after properly but I couldn’t have been anymore wrong. Upon meeting Tracy for the first time she was on the floor with him, he was licking her face and it was like they had been friends forever. Tracy sends photos of Oscar on his walks everyday and it was so obvious how much fun he had- he would be shattered by the time I got home from work! She not only treats him like her own and clearly adores him, but safety is paramount; he is strapped in the car, she carries first aid kits and there is water at the field where he runs around freely with his friends. Even on days when I have been home and we have still used Tracy, Oscar hasn’t even given me a second look as he happily trots out the house with her. There is literally not one bad thing I can say; Tracy is fantastic. Oscar adores her and always had a great time. As someone who was nervous to use a dog walker, I can’t recommend Tracy enough. She’s become more than a dog walker- she’s become my boy’s best friend.

Tracy has been walking my beagle, Willow, for almost 2 years now and I cannot fault her reliability, professionalism and communication. She is absolutely brilliant. Every time she collects Willow, she is securely strapped in the car for the journey and Tracy always makes sure she has a full bowl of water when she leaves her. I am sent photos and an update of how she has been during each walk to keep my mind at ease while I am at work. Willow loves Tracy to bits, and it is clear that the feeling is mutual. Tracy's passion for working with animals is evident and lovely to see, and I trust her with Willow completely. I cannot recommend her enough - thank you. Willow is missing you so much and can't wait to see you again soon! :)

We have used Tracy since Will our Whippet was 4 months old. We initially started with home visits in the day until Will was old enough for the big walks on the field. We have now been using Tracey for 6 months and Will absolutely loves Tracy and the other dogs. I can not explain how happy I am with the service that Tracy provides. We get regular pupdates when Will has been on the walk as well as checking on water and food once Will has been taken back home. Tracy always put the well-being of Will first and I would trust no one else with Will. Even in these hard times that we are facing currently Tracy has still taken the timte to check on Will to see how he’s doing and also offered advice when we had a slight moment with a wasp 😊.
