R J Appliance Repairs

This week our 20 year-old Miele washing machine broke down. I called Russell, of RJ Appliance Repairs, who came and inspected machine. He advised that because of its age, the machine was not worth repairing. I asked Russell to quote for the supply and fitting of a new Miele replacement. Russell did this. We accepted his quote. He immediately collected new machine from warehouse, delivered it, removed old machine to take away and fitted the new one. No fuss, no bother, no problems - just a very easy transaction with a trustworthy professional. I recommend Russell as a genuine, hardworking and excellent workman, and it's great to be able to get someone local enabling us to keep the business in our local area. Thank you Russell for a great job. We are very well pleased.

Russel came out to our Indesit washer and advised us that it needed a major repair. We decided to go for a new one instead which he fitted 2 days later taking the old one away. We were very happy with his work, he arrived at the time promised and did a thorough job in a very tidy fashion. We would definitely recommend him.
