The sale of our family home of more than 60 years has just been completed. Kelly Davies deserves special mention as she managed the experience of purchasing the property through a very challenging time (covid) where timescales were dragged out by a long wait for the Grant of Probate due to delays at the Probate Registry. Kelly provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. She was extremely professional and friendly at all times and most importantly kept nudging the sale along by keeping both parties informed as well as kept on pressing the solicitors for timely updates/information . The sale would not have had any chance of completing if it was not for her persistence and keeping all parties informed with realistic timescales.
