Tehmina of connells was very efficient in handling the handover from a previous tenant, finding a new one and setting everything up. i liked the way the process was pushed along thoroughly and swiftly, while keeping me fully in the loop.
Changed to connells from another agent and we finally got the service were paying for. our lettings manager is very responsive and despite a lil confusion over payments it was always dealt with promptly. happy to continue long term with connells and would recommend them to anyone who's looking to rent.
