I’m so pleased Laura Riegel’s details were given to us as she was the most helpful mortgage broker in our drawn out and stressful situation. After applying for a shared ownership scheme we had our application rejected from the affiliated financial assessor and so we went to Laura. Laura made everything happen for us (including helping getting an EWS1 form from our housing association which was required by our bank and she also got us an extension for our mortgage offer as the process took longer than expected). She was super communicative throughout the whole process and was extremely proactive. This was exactly what we needed being inexperienced and we felt we could really put our trust in Laura. 4 months ago we found out our landlord wanted to sell the house we were in.
