I am proud to say that A & A Walters are by far the best you could get to take final care of your loved one. My mom, Margaret Ballinger was looked after with dignity and care by the entire team, and we were always treated with respect and patience along the way. I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided.

After the passing of my cousin, Alan Ward, I knew the only funeral directors I wanted to handle the funeral were A and A Walters. My family has used their services for many years , and we have always been taken very good care of. Alexis was very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral Dave and his team were very caring, professional and patient. The service we recieved at this difficult time really helped us.

As soon as my lovely mom Elizabeth Miles died and I phoned Walter’s late at night ,they provided an outstanding service. Our main point of contact was with Akexis , who couldn’t have been more helpful. She dealt with everything so well and sorted everything out for us. The staff on the day of the funeral were fantastic. All of them were so polite and respectful . They did everything without being in the way . They just appeared when needed . The family have always used A&A Walters they are Tipton tradition and long may they continue to be .Thankyou for making a sad and difficult time better

I had previously used A & A Walters Funeral Directors previously for my Mum (Roberta) in 2010 so when I had to arrange my Dad (Derrick) funeral during September 2023 I already knew where to go to get the best help and service and that was A & A Walters. The whole process from meeting Alexis that first day to the day of my Dads funeral was made easier for my family and myself by Alexis & A & A Walters who couldn't do more for my Dad or for us as a family. The help and support given by Alexis and A & A Walters was outstanding nothing was too much trouble, always there if we needed them. I can't thank Alexis and A & A Walters enough for everything they did for my Dad. The customer service and support from Alexis and A & A Walters was over and above even now Alexis has been in contact to ask if we need any help or support to get in contact with her.

We used A & A Walters for my mom's (Elizabeth Williams)funeral, she had a plan with Golden Charter. We were treated with respect by all members of staff we came in contact with. Steven was a great support all the way through. He was compassionate and professional and put me at ease. Great communication, by phone and email. I wanted a piper to play bagpipes, Steven sorted that out for me too. I would highly recommend A & A Walters for their caring professional service.
