This company are just so caring and compassionate. They looked after my grandad so well and helped us so much at such a difficult time. Nicky is amazing she will answer any questions, she'll help you as much as she can. The guys will also help you if you have any questions. They double check everything making sure everything's ready, and that everything goes to plan. On the day of the funeral we asked to be taken past my grandads very first home he lived in as a child. They actually took us in the street even though the weather was terrible. It made us happy that we could take my grandad past his very first home. The guys were just so lovely even though we were a mess. I'm so thankful for their help and support during this awful time. I cannot recommend this company enough, they do pre payment plans and honestly I don't know how we would have coped and got through losing my grandad if it wasn't for Dainty and Downing's. Thank you so so much

Absolutely fantastic. From the first phone call to arrange pick up to the actual funeral day. All were friendly and welcoming. I couldn't ask for anything better for my mother-in-law. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't praise them enough. Thank you so much

I would highly recommend this funeral directors, there isn't any thing they won't help with, they really did make a sad difficult time easier for us, on funeral day they really did us proud, it was a really lovely send off for my brother, everything possible was taken care of .
