Always best choice of furniture around. great showroom. never the cheapest but good quality, you get what you pay for. sales staff are friendly and helpful but not pushy. delivery times are a bit out of their control but generally quote 16 weeks.
Best furniture best leather. if i compare them with so called dfs, everything is best here at cousin's furniture, 1st of all, their customer service, their furniture, leather quality delivering services last but not least their prices everything is much much better than dfs.
Bought a dining table n chairs also a 3 piece suite was delivered with in 4 weeks the dining as a slight defect but there was no problems they sent a engineer n exchanged the table straight away a good service from start to finish
This is a big shout to the delivery drivers who came again to deliver our 3 seater settee thursday just gone! extremely hot day and both went above and beyond to help finally get the settee in! with help from two very good sets of neighbours in the mix it's in! they never once moaned or said we can't!
