Door ordered in June for 2-4week fitting. Fitted today, end of August. The door fitted today has packers all the way around as it was measured incorrectly. The frame colour does not match the door colour. The door has to be closed manually - it gets 3/4 of the way down and bounces back open. Someone supposed to be coming back out to have a look. I'll update this review with their resolution. An engineer came to the house the following day to sort this out. Full credit to the company. They had a member of staff unwell and a subcontractor fitted the door. The company have sent their own engineer. Couldn't be happier with the aftercare. They obviously care about their reputation. Well done. Wow. We now have the door we ordered. Looks fantastic, works perfectly. Superb aftercare.

Just had my roller shutter door motor changed on my workshop by Josh and Rio. Excellent service, really pleased with their work... highly recommended. Next job I need to get Josh to sort out will be the manual override on another roller shutter door.

Just writing to say how pleased we are with the two Roller Shutter Doors fitted on February the 4th. The doors look terrific and work superbly. The fitting team did a very good job and left the inside and the outside of the garage in a pristine condition. They were also very good when taking us through the operating instructions and answered all our queries in an helpful and patient manner. Brilliant all round job. The Waltons
