Foundry Gym Dudley

Great gym. Gets a bit busy on Monday's to Wednesday, but so does every other gym in Dudley. Air conditioning would definitely boost it to 5 stars, especially on hot days..

Great facilities and protein store inside, equipment is great for functional strength , bodybuilding and powerlifting , friendly staff too.

One of the best 24hr gyms I've been to. I'd highly recommend it

Best gym in the Midlands been a consistent member for the last 3 years staff are sound helpful and really is a gym community 💪🏾 everyone always willing to help if u looking for somewhere to train and train amongst the best I recommend you train here weather u are a beginner or seasoned trainer u won't regret it.
