Good gym everything you need, lots of machines and free weights, running machines, boxing area. lots of good price supplements snacks and drinks sold behind counter, and you can even get a pint of fresh mixed protein shake. no fixed membership or dodgey contracts with hidden fees, just pay either a day week or month and have unlimited access in open hours.
