Home Instead Dudley and Sandwell South is a family. It’s a wonderful place to work with understanding and caring professionals at the helm. I’ve been involved with the company for seven years and have no intention to move on. CAREGivers are matched well with clients and have a minimum of an hour visit meaning there is plenty of time to get to know the people you care for and you don’t feel as though you are rushing them at all. I can highly recommend this company for their services, having had personal experience with them looking after my family members, and as a company to work for. Home instead Dudley and Sandwell South have provided home care service for both my parents over the past four years. Never once have we been let down or disappointed with the standard of care provided. The past year these guys have provided 24 hr care including Palative care for both my parents, enabling both of my parents wishes to be granted to spend their final days in their home of 60 years. Any requests that have been asked of the office ie additional support, shopping etc have always been fulfilled. All the carers that have looked after both mom and dad over the past four years have been exemplary and a testament to the much under estimated care industry. Julie and Ian. Home Instead Dudley have been taking care of my (very independent and stubborn!) Grandad for a few months now, in order to help maintain his independence in his own home. From the initial care consultation, Home Instead were consummate professionals and listened to exactly what my grandad wanted help with, what his goals were and how best they could support him to achieve those goals (organising his shed and helping him plant some new flowers, little DIY projects, learning to dance!). We couldn’t be more grateful for them. Grandad was so resistant to the idea of care initially but Home Instead Dudley have proved to him that their person-centred care is what will help him stay independent and maintain his dignity. Grandad speaks so highly of his caregivers, who have been matched with him based on his needs and personality , and I know they have a grand old time together on their visits. He remarks that they always remember what he’s told them and ask questions about it at a later date - as a very sociable person we know this means a lot to him. Thank you, Home Instead Dudley! It’s so lovely to know Grandad is well looked after and safe in between our own visits.

My Dad has been receiving visits from the Home Instead Care Team for the last few months. From the first point of contact with Home Instead myself and Dad have been impressed at the "joined up" package of care that he receives. Initial meetings with Home Instead were all about understanding his needs and the Office worked extremely hard at developing an appropriate and measured care plan which we know will develop in time. The two Home Instead carers that Dad has three times a week have been respectful, understanding and helpful and take time to connect with him on a personal level. From our experience Home Instead are a professional, caring and flexible service provider who are to be congratulated on their approach to Home Care provision. If only all care was provided by a team such as this the world would be a better place.
