Working as a care assistant in Proper Home Care have been wonderful experience for me. Being an international nurse, this is my first employment platform in the UK. I relate my professional journey of service with common goal of care provision with this company. It provides a cross cultural, well trained care professionals who provide patient centered care with excellent communication skills and dynamic approach in problem solving and management. I find myself growing and always satisfied with the care work I do as per my job description.

Proper Home Care has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Management team is great, helps everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow members have been wonderful. Proper Home Care do staff meeting, supervision on regular basis to meet the needs and to maintain high quality service to clinets. The hiring process was wonderful and easily steam lined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at Proper Home Care by achieving the expectations placed in front me.

I am really enjoying my time so far as a professional care worker. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending! Everyone is supportive, helpful and do their very best to just give top quality care. From the carers to the office team, everyone just gives and wants to do their best. Having never worked in care before, I was nervous entering the care industry, but from the start they reassured and welcomed me from day one! The training was exceptional and prepared me for my new role. I’m enjoying to work in Proper Home Care.
