Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley

My Daughter Kate had her Wedding Reception there, and it was absolutely Brilliant. We as well as a few guests spent overnight in one of the lovely rooms with views. I would certainly recommend the Copthorne Hotel for your wedding.

A great value hotel conveniently located where we wanted to be. Also right next to Merry Hill Shopping Centre. Don't be put off by the slightly dated rooms. The hotel is very clean (most important), the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Breakfast was pretty good too. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

My husband and I have stayed here many times over the years, and always loved it! (Still do) . All the staff are friendly, helpful they are amazing. The executive suite is advertised as having a snack package on the app but this consists of 3 can of pop, one bar of chocolate and fizzy water. Only the cans of pop were extra from the club room. They shouldn’t advertise something you don’t get . No robes but that was a supply issue so not there fault. The room was excellent and very clean. The spa was great. Breakfast was amazing as usual. Will still go again as it an amazing place to stay, just those minor details.

Genuinely was an exceptional experience. Booked reasonably last minute and the price was really good for the facilities that they offered. The hotel was really easy to find and well placed. Check-in was very, very good. Donna - who checked us in - was extremely welcoming and kind, making sure to interact with my 2 children. Everything was slick and smooth. We had been allocated inter-connecting rooms which made a WORLD of difference to our stay (as we had to book 2 rooms as a family of 4). The rooms were immaculate with a card saying they had been prepared by Tina. The rooms were very spacious. In the morning we went to breakfast and were greeted by Vikki. Again, it was a great experience where we paid for breakfast and the offering was explained to us - including the magical pancake machine. There was a huge selection that kept us all happy. After that, we were able to use the hotel pool free of charge for a quick swim before check-out. All in all a fantastic stay, where the service and facilities both matched high standards and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Fabulous hotel next to the Merry Hill Centre. Great Spa, lovely pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The gym is well equipped and should be fine for most users. Well equipped spacious rooms, and exceptional service from all members of staff. Would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Worth getting the Millennium Hotels app and booking through that, saves you about 20%. First stayed here as a couple about 8 years ago but got a family room and brought our teenage son this time for a visit to Black Country Museum. Will certainly be staying here next time we're in the area too.
