Fantastic location, right between the zoo and castle, and the Black Country living museum,
Rooms clean, compact but comfortable, kettle with tea and coffee supplied,
No Internet signal inside the building but WiFi is available at a price, £3 when we visited
Breakfast was really good, evening meal not all meals available but we just chose something else, ladies on reception and cooking duty (at the same time) all were lovely, friendly and helpful
Would recommend as a great location for visiting the local area

If you are going to Dudley Zoo/Black Country museum, then this is a perfect hotel well within walking distance of both. The free car park is big, easy to access and disabled parking opposite reception. Smoking area outside.
We stayed in a family room which had lots of space and was very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee/extra towels/pillows in the room. Breakfast was just ok. The quality of food didn't reflect the £10 charge, choice was ok. We were on level 2 facing the car park above reception.I would probably request a room on the other side next time, as lots of smokers/late arrivals making noise outside the entrance. Traffic noise wasn't too bad.

We came up from London for a few days to visit the local zoo and museum, we picked this hotel because of the location. Perfect 👍 Rooms clean and tidy, staff helpful and friendly. WiFi not included and you have to pay but not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to our friends to stay there.

Booked one night here because we visited the Black Country museum which is literally next door so is ideal! Basic hotel, comfortable bed, room and bathroom clean. Towels really soft and nice. Staff were polite and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more really. Worth the £28 paid

Went with our family for one night to the black country museum. The service and rooms were lovely. The staff were excellent to the point one member Marie lent us an umbrella. Breakfast was fantastic. We are very impressed with our stay and recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Many thanks from Dave and Pat Burrows and the Higginsons
