Thank you for the hypnotherapy sessions, libby. i had a few sessions with libby. my first sessions were to help with my confidence and later sessions were to help with the fear of the dentist. libby helped me to feel very relaxed and calm in the sessions. she worked with me and helped me to pin point the areas we needed to work on. i am very grateful to have found a new confidence in myself and feel relaxed enough at the dentist to at least wait for my appointment. next step is to work on treatments. one step at a time. thanks libby.
