Bella Italia - Dudley

My wife and 2 daughters popped in for dinner and it was a great experience. The food was very good, better than what you would expect from a chain brand. The staff were all excellent and interacted enough without bothering you. Robot waiters entertained the kids and it was a nice place to be. Well done.

first visit today, definitely will be returning ☺️ Everything we had was tasty, hot, and flavoursome. only criticism was the bread that came with our starters (was way too hard - like eating a large crouton). Bit on the expensive side, but it was a birthday meal, so we had an excuse. loved the robot waiter - decor is very good. service was spot on. friendly & attentive and not too overpowering.

What a lovely find, yes it’s a chain the staff training is excellent, asking when entering and when ordering if any allergy’s Lovely ambiance music playing but not so loud it took away from the conversation. Food was excellent for a chain restaurant fresh, perfect temperature and flavoursome. The flat bread was crispy and drenched in garlic butter Give it a try you may just be surprised A quick shout out to Rosie she worked so hard doing everything apart from cooking well done 👍

Booked online and went straight in (when we came out there was a line to go in), got a good table. Friendly greeter and servers, especially Becky who was very helpful. We were intrigued by the remote control/electronic waiters but glad they were just supporting the staff. The food was reasonably priced as we shared a couple of courses and the food was hot and didn't take too long to come. I do wish we could get black pepper on the table but that's not a major issue. All the food was good, the service good and staff friendly. We did have Tesco vouchers to use so that convinced us to come but we enjoyed the experience and will be back.

Took a trip with my husband as he’d never tried Bella Italia before. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who was very helpful from the get go. He asked if we’d been before, about allergies and even laughed at my partners awful joke! We were seated promptly with menus and had our drinks order taken within 3 minutes of being sat down. We completed the order online which made our experience a lot better as I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision on food. There was a quirky little waiter robot with a kitten face going around the restaurant with peoples food on. Put a smile on my face as I’d never seen such a thing before. It was cute and really enjoyed seeing it go past to the gelato station!! Food came quickly even though the restaurant was slightly busy, was delicious and filling. We will definitely be back :)
