I had a lock fail on my French doors, David came out to me within an hour and within a few minutes gave me a very reasonable quote for a repair. Within 3 hours of my call (including a one hour drive for him to pick up a replacement lock) a new lock had been fitted and he'd even adjusted the door hinges and catches. The door now works better than it did when it was new, I thoroughly recommend this company.
