Visited today for a deep tissue massage... wow absolutely fantastic. I've always had aromatherapy massages but this was 10/10. Will defiantly be returning. 👌
I was told at reception to go to the second door on the right and go in. I did and I ended up walking in on a session. Which could have been avoided if the reception staff told me to just wait until he comes out. The massage was good but I don't feel that a lot was done to help my neck and shoulders or shoulder blades. The massage seemed to be a repeat motion in the centre of my upper back. I was told that 30 minutes wasn't enough time and that an hour would be better and that I would need more sessions and next time to book an hour. It seemed like he was trying to do less to get me to book in again. I didn't want to talk during my massage but we had a conversation. I don't feel that it was overly professional. I did think about returning and was planning to before I turned up but after a little thought about it, I don't think I will. He was nice and welcoming.
I saw Harpal quite a few times for physio because I was experiencing neck pain and back pain from martial arts and gym. I got sports massage, acupuncture and dry cupping as part of the physiotherapy which has helped me immensely! I can now exercise pretty much pain-free and I know I can always rely on him to help me whenever I experience any issues. I wholeheartedly can recommend his services! Go see him, and if it won't help in one session, some problems like mine needed more work over longer periods of time but I would do it all again because it's your health and it's worth it!
First time I've gone for a massage for a few years. Harpal was very professional, made me feel comfortable and got a lot of knots out of my shoulder within the 30 minutes. I've already booked my next appointment! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a massage etc.
